Exchange and Return Policy

We are pleased to accept your return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date subject to the conditions of this Exchange and Return Policy.

Therefore, we always recommend you make sure that you check your Products carefully at the time of delivery before they are used or installed.

We also recommend that you keep your delivery receipt and copy of your order, which is accessible from your online profile at www.blcost.com, as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

It might be occasionally possible that the Product specification from the manufacturer might change or we might have trouble with the supply of certain Products and might therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not satisfied with the replacement or substitute, you can return such Products within fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase in accordance with the conditions of this Exchange and Return Policy;

1 - The Products to be returned or replaced do have a manufacturing defect, do not comply with the specifications applicable at Kuwait, or if the existing defect cannot be fixed or repaired without affecting or compromising the quality of Products, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on Blcost.com.

2 - Products must be in original condition at delivery, saleable and merchantable. If the purchased Products– because of their nature or the way they are packaged or wrapped- can never be reinstituted to the position as they were at the purchase date or can never be offered for sale to the general public, then we might have the right to reject their return or replacement unless for a manufacturing defect that was not apparent to you upon purchasing and unless you have been informed of and accepted such defect.

3 - For our Customers protection, and for health and hygiene reasons, some items are not eligible for return nor exchange such as but not limited to: makeup products, food items, creams, lotions, (unless expired at time of delivery), swimwear, underwear, lingerie, personal care & beauty tools and accessories, shaving equipment, Watches incenses and the like that come in contact with skin or that has any hygiene concerns; on the condition that these items are clear of any original manufacturing defects.

4 - You have the option to accept store credit, gift coupons or exchange Product for the amount you had initially paid, hence you have the option to refund in the same manner as you made the original purchase, in such case please allow up to 10 calendar days of your original request to process your refund, you might also note that refunds made on Knet, Visa/MasterCard might take up to 4-6 weeks subject to your bank.

5 – We grant to refund your full paid amount. We will not deduct any kind of transaction fees, such as Visa/Mastercard, Kent payment fees, or processing fees, from your refund amount, However DELIVERY CHARGE won't be refundable subject to this term as it was already fulfilled in delivering and recollecting the items (if applicable)

*We might have the right of not accepting the return or replacement of Products if they were sold during special promotions and/or sales.

How to Return or Exchange Purchased items

If you would like to return or exchange eligible items within three (3) days of purchase, you can contact our customer service center and we will arrange for pickup from same delivery address. On item collection you would need to provide our representative with original purchase invoice.

If you would like to return or exchange eligible items after three (3) days purchase, please return the items with the original purchase invoice to the nearest collection point (Distributor, Agent or Service center) that will be shared with you by our customer service representative subject to your purchases.
